Time for a vitamin D boost.

I'm cycling to work, but...it doesn't feel like I'm going to work.

Short walk 0.7 mile.

Whole development run.

Another dander around the block.

First cycle this morning, great to be out in the fresh air and glad my old bike is still performing well.

Third walk around my development 0.7 miles.

Read to begin active travel.

I won the Raleigh bike last year and taking part again this year but no, not to win another bike. lol. To keep active, show willing and to encourage others especially within my work.

cycling to work and home is a great way to alleviate stress from the working day and avoid traffic delays and also fulfils the recommended daily exercise of 30 mins
