Halfway! Trying to work out if I can log my exercise on Zwift :D

Was really tired this morning but my cycle to work re-invigorated me!!

sun and shower, bright and grey, wet and dry, tis a nice bike day.

Nice ride up to Scrabo this afternoon!

After a hectic day in office, riding back to home is a refresher.

Had a lovely weekend last week in Greyabbey with the Caravan and Motorhome Club from Thursday to Sunday. I took 2 days' leave. Had many walks throughout the weekend including a guided walk led by 'Friends of Greyabbey' - donations went to charity!

Had to dash this week to catch the Park and Ride.

I ejoyed a bus ride yesterday to and from work.

Smooth connections- two bikes and a train this morning. Off we go!

Got to work yesterday twice as fast as all the singly occupied SUVs in Belfast!!!

School cycle commute via blood donation centre.

Does this mean I can tick 'Were there other parts to this journey?'

Sustainable travel from Bangor to Coleraine campus went well in one direction. Coming back required more effort & time.. Great to join others on Belfast campus thanks to Belfast Bikes

one week and already feeling healthy.

A first soaking in the rain travelling on bike from Brooke Park to Foyle Arena this lunch time! Irish summertime embraced!

Cycle home on Tuesday evening was slow - full on head wind from the West. Still, I saved £12.50 on a train fare from translink, that's worth it.

Nearly blown away today but certainly my walk this morning to the post office woke me up!!

Cycle to work this morning was nice with a strong tail wind, not looking forward to the journey home LOL

ATC day #1 kicked off with an extra long walk with the dog, pop to the shops and visit to friends.

It’s so much easier taking the bike you get to and from work quickly beats sitting in traffic

Starting to walk to bus-stop followed by bus to work rather than my husband dropping me in. Hopefully I started as I mean to go on during the remaining brighter mornings! (He gets a lie in - so all win for both of us!!).

I walked home one evening in May along the towpaths, also one Saturday to meet a friend in town, hoping to do that too this month and throughout the summer (occasionally - weather permitting).
