This year's challenge is a real challenge - my husband returned from hospital on 7th. I am making an effort to still participate to include short walks with him to build up his strength. Our 🐶 🐕 needs a walk - he is getting old so I am taking him on short walks. He now tells me when he wants to return home (by pulling in the direction of our 🏡). I take time out to go swimming some evenings and I get a short walk to the leisure centre.
